Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for Premium in Gold Price Live Alert.

Short summary: subscriptions are cancelled and refunded through Google Play. Cancelling stops renewal; Premium generally remains active until the paid period expires.

How to Cancel

Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, select the Gold Price Live Alert subscription, and choose Cancel. Google Play controls the exact cancellation flow.

Access After Cancellation

Cancellation does not normally revoke Premium immediately. Premium access usually remains available until the subscription period shown by Google Play expires.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies and local law. If Google Play grants a refund or revokes the purchase, Premium access may be removed.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you believe there was a duplicate charge or accidental purchase, review the order in Google Play and contact Google Play support. You may also contact the developer with your GPA order ID so we can look up the app-side entitlement status.

Restore Problems

If Restore Purchases does not activate Premium, make sure you are using the same Google Play account used for purchase, then try again. If the issue continues, contact the developer with your GPA order ID.
