Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how the optional Premium subscription works in Gold Price Live Alert.

Short summary: Premium is an auto-renewing Google Play subscription. It renews until cancelled in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals but access normally remains until the end of the paid period.

Premium Features

Premium may include:

  • No ads across the app while Premium is active.
  • Higher or unlimited app alert limits, subject to fair use and technical limits.
  • Access to additional MCX contract values and related data.

Billing

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. The price, billing period, taxes, payment method, renewal date, and regional availability are shown in the Google Play purchase flow before you confirm the purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Premium renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Google Play may charge your selected payment method at each renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription from Google Play subscription settings.

Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals. It does not usually remove Premium immediately. Premium access normally continues until the current paid period expires, according to Google Play's subscription rules.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices using the same Google Play account, use the app's Restore Purchases option. Restore is verified with Google Play before Premium access is enabled.

Failed Payments, Grace Period, and Account Hold

If a renewal payment fails, Google Play may place the subscription in a grace period or account hold. Premium access may continue or stop based on the subscription state returned by Google Play.
