These Terms and Conditions govern use of Gold Price Live Alert ("the app", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Short summary: the app provides market reference data, calculators, alerts, ads, and optional Premium access. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice.

Use of the App

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected server features, bypass payment controls, scrape data at high volume, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.

Market Data and Alerts

Prices, charts, calculations, and alerts are provided for information and convenience only. Data may be delayed, estimated, unavailable, incorrect, or different from local market prices. Alerts may be delayed or not delivered because of network, device, operating system, Firebase, market data, or server conditions.

Premium Subscription

Premium features may include removal of ads, higher alert limits, and access to additional MCX contract data. Premium is sold through Google Play Billing and is subject to Google Play's payment, cancellation, tax, and refund rules. Premium access is verified server-side using Google Play purchase information.

Advertising

Free users may see advertising. Ads may be served by Google AdMob or other advertising providers according to their own policies and settings.

No Financial Advice

The app does not recommend buying, selling, holding, or trading any commodity, currency, security, derivative, or financial product. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, including free or Premium features, to maintain security, comply with law, manage costs, or improve the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for losses caused by market data errors, delayed alerts, service interruptions, user decisions, or third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal, technical, or business requirements change. The effective date above shows when the terms were last updated.
